Return & Refund Policy

At Kape Couture, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Provide your Order ID and reason for return

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:
  • Bank transfer (you will need to provide bank details)
  • UPI transfer

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs may be:
  • Deducted from your refund OR
  • Borne by the customer (depending on the case)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share product images/video as proof
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
